How do I create an account?

Open the app and tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen. Enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

How do subscriptions work?

Daily Dew offers premium features through a subscription managed by Apple's App Store. Your subscription includes:

  • Advanced search features
  • Audio Bible verse collections with text-to-speech
  • Unlimited notes and highlights
  • Credit system for premium features

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Daily Dew Bible App"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are used for premium AI features like AI-powered search and verse audio generation. Subscribers receive credits monthly. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Are my notes and highlights private?

Yes! Your notes, reading plans, and AI-search queries are encrypted with AES-256 encryption and stored locally on your device. We never share this content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I backup my data?

Sync your data to the cloud by enabling iCloud backup in the app settings. Notes and reading plans are stored locally on your device and backed up through iCloud if you have iCloud backup enabled for the app.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! The Bible text is available offline. However, AI features, audio generation, and cloud sync require an internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, email us at support@kingdom-dew.com to request account deletion.

Which Bible translations are available?

Daily Dew currently offers multiple Bible translations. Check the app's Bible selector to see all available versions.
